Week 5/6: Homework: Critical thinking
Completion requirements
Choose any situation you want (actual social issue, some problem from your place, scientific or professional paper) and do reasoning on it:
•Try to obtain as many elements as you can
•When describing the elements, try to satisfy as many intellectual standards as you can
Make a video (3 to 3.5 minutes - recommended time, not mandatory), not written paper, and upload it on Youtube, and then put your link here at the forum: Add new discussion. In the title of the discussion, write the title of the problem you reflected on in your video, and in the body of the message, insert a link from YouTube. Use the entire link, not the shortened version of the link. The link will automatically transform into an embedded video when you save your discussion.
DEADLINE: April 18
The second part of your homework is:
- to watch all the videos and rate all of them (this forum has the possibility of voting on a scale of 1-5). The criteria for voting are related to the quality of the content from the perspective of critical thinking.
- to reflect on and evaluate two of your colleagues’ works. Choose any two videos of your colleagues (that are less commented) and, in 50-100 words, make your reflection on the video concerning the critical thinking theory.
DEADLINE: April 25
